Looking to lose stubborn weight or cleanse your system
Intermittent fasting 16:8 is the way to go (fasting for 16 hrs and eating for 8 hrs)
I chose to skip breakfast 7 days per week (its easier to fast when your sleeping) I was scared of fainting at first (being at work) I had snacks on hand just in case but I was fine (your body gets used to it)
I had some lemon water and green tea which aided the cleanse in the morning, I felt clear headed, less bloated and I lost 4 kilos in 6 weeks back to my normal weight not that I was wanting to lose weight.
Each person is different though and you should listen to your body, as I don’t want to lose too much weight I won’t do this fast every day but only 2 times per week (skipping breakfast or dinner)

You can try another cleanse (of the colon)

Having a colon cleanse (a gravity fed one) is good especially after years of eating badly, or if you have parasites/worms (been overseas and had food poisoning) WARNING- going too often may tear your gut lining which can be dangerous!
The body does eliminate waste well on its own so this treatment shouldn’t be needed often, just eat healthy (to promote good gut flora) then you’ll have a strong immune system and will live a long and healthy life.
If you are pregnant or have any medical issues like kidney or heart disease check with your doctor before undertaking any fasting or cleansing regime.
