I started learning Tai Chi over a year ago and I love it!
Not many people know that it is a Martial Art I have always been fascinated with Martial Arts since I was a young girl, I did over 2yrs of Bushido Karate (mixed form) it was great, but I found with my full time work and training 3 days a week I was getting over whelmed and became run down often, now I prefer a less strenuous form like Tai Chi.
The noticeable benefits for me are:
- Improved balance
- Increased strength and energy
- Feeling more relaxed
