We Need to Slow Down
It seems like all we do is rush to get to the next thing its enough to make your head spin
Places to go people to see, appointments, deadlines is this the extent of our lives today?
Most of us aren’t really here we are looking to the future (hoping to find happiness there) but it comes and goes, it gets old because its attached to things (objects of desire) then we are left empty wanting more… the next best thing to come along.
False happiness is fleeting lasting happiness comes from within (being still)
